Collegiate is the birthplace of the R.A.M.P.S. idea. It is three Collegiate students who designed the R.A.M.P.S. idea, and ran with it.

ElderHomes is a Richmond-based non-profit with a mission to improve the living conditions of low-income
older adults, and persons living with a disability. Our partnership with ElderHomes streamlines our efforts as they pre-qualify applicants to the R.A.M.P.S. program.
